The short version. This site tells you about our apps and links to them. Using the site costs nothing. When you buy an app, you buy it from Fancy Digital LLC, Stripe handles the card, you can cancel any time and keep what you paid for until the period ends, and we don't give refunds for time already paid. Each app also has its own terms, linked below.

1. Who's agreeing

These terms are between you and Fancy Digital LLC ("we", "us"), New York, USA, for the website at fancydigitalllc.com (also reached at fancydigitalapps.com and fancydigitalworks.com) and for purchases of our apps. By using the site or buying from us you agree to them. Each app's own terms also apply to that app; if the two ever disagree about the app itself, the app's terms win.

3. What's on the site

Descriptions and prices of the apps are kept current as best we can; the price you pay is the one shown in the app at the time you buy, and the app's terms say what you get for it. Nothing on the site is advice of any kind.

4. Buying from us

Who sells. Paid apps and passes are sold by Fancy Digital LLC, New York, USA. Some apps are free for now; we'll say clearly in the app before anything costs money.
Payment. Stripe processes every card payment. We never see or store your full card number. Charges show on your statement as FANCY DIGITAL.
Subscriptions. Monthly or yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown when you bought, until you cancel. We'll tell you before a price changes.
Cancel any time. Cancel from the app or by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and it won't renew.
Refunds. We don't refund time already paid for, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll make it right.
What you get. Access is delivered online right after purchase; nothing physical is shipped.

5. What we own

The site, its words, icons and the names Fancy Digital, Sneaky Subscriptions, Measure Like a Pro, Tape Pro, Framing Pro, Materials, Gazebo Pro, Deck Pro and Flip Sheet are ours. Link to the site all you like; don't copy it or pass it off as yours.

6. Fair use

Don't try to break into the site or its host, scrape it at a rate that hurts it, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. No guarantees, limits

The site is provided as is. We may change or take it down at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site; the apps' own terms cover the apps.

8. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes. The current version always lives at fancydigitalllc.com/terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If we have a dispute, let's talk first: [email protected].
